Placing an Order
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, check or money orders are accepted.
When is payment due?
A one third deposit of the total order price is due at the time the order is placed. Payment in full is due prior to shipping.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders may be delivered by freight mail outside of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice. Items may be delivered to addresses in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for a fee, based on proximity to Port Tobacco, Maryland. Items may be picked up at our location in Port Tobacco for no charge, but must be picked up within a week of completion or a storage charge will be added to the item price.
When will my project be complete?
